Navigating insurance eligibility can be challenging. Insurance benefits are subject to change.

I am considered an 'out-of-network' provider.

As I am a licensed psychotherapist, my fees qualify for reimbursement for most insurance plans. Check with your plan for any requirements for behavioral health, including your out-of-network coverage.

Most insurance plans will allow you to apply for reimbursement using the billing statement I provide you.

Please feel free to contact me at about questions or concerns you have about fees and insurance.
